Packages shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS. Since we are located in the Texas, delivery time by UPS Ground service is between 1-5 business days (not counting weekend days), depending on destination. UPS does not normally deliver or pickup on weekends. Saturday delivery is available for an extra $10. If you need your package delivered on Saturday you must let us know when you place your order.
The map below shows time-in-transit for package sent by UPS Ground and will help you estimate delivery date for your order. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the item you ordered. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by E-mail, including UPS tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
We do not normally ship to locations outside the United States and Canada. However, if you happen to live eleswhere, please notify us via the Contact page and we may be able to make special arrangements for you.
Our minimum shipping charge for destinations with in United States is $10.00 USD. Our minimum shipping charge for destinations within Canada is $20.00 USD.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
We provide insurance for all of our shipments to you. Each package is insured for an amout equal to the value of the product.
Since properly packing delicate sculpture requires extra care and packing supplies a Handling fee of $10.00 USD is charged for each package shipped.
Refund and Returns Policy
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the item within seven days for a replacement or a refund. Please use the Contact page to notify us that you would like to arrange for a return and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the proper shipping address.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition. The RA# must be marked on the outside box. If a credit card was used for the purchase, we will issue a credit for the cost of the piece once we receive it, provided it is returned in the same condition as sent. We are cannot be responsible for any merchandise you send us that is lost or damaged in transit, so please insure any package you return. We will not accept COD deliveries. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
If your sculpture is damaged during shipment please keep the box and the packing materials and use the Contact page to notify us of the problem. Once we receive your note we will contact you about what to do next.
